This open position is an opportunity to be part of the leading team of CyberArk DevOps and Application Security Product Management and have a significant role in determining the strategy of CyberArk in the Applications and DevSecOps space. In this role you will work with various platforms and the most advanced technologies including AWS, Azure GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift and DevOps tools.

Job Description:

A member of CyberArk's product management department, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with R&D, product owner/functional analyst, sales, customers, prospects, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction.

  • Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements, define product features, manage and communicate product roadmap and future versions
  • Work closely with product owner/functional analyst, R&D and Technical writers to track version progress and ensure timely and high-quality version releases
  • Conduct strategic business opportunity analysis, including market and competitive research
  • Collaborate with sales, professional services, business development, management, and operations on a daily basis
  • Produce technical presentations and sales tools, support product marketing with go-to-market campaigns

    Job requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or professional services, ideally in various environments and technologies
  • 5 years of experience in product management or functional architect/product owner
  • Experience with new product directions validation, collecting feedback, performing market research, customer interviews and go-to-market activities
  • Experience and knowledgeable in large enterprise datacenters (IT/IS) - advantage
  • Experience in information security - an advantage
  • BSc in computer-science and MBA - an advantage

  • Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time pressure

  • Evangelism, pusher and experience in the field (working and training with AE, PS, SE, CS)
  • Excellent customer-facing skills

  • Team player with "Can do" approach
  • Willingness to travel

The salary range for this position is $112,000 -- $185,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
