Description: Senior Organizational Change Specialist
Global Financial Services Leader

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the team that conducts organization change management (OCM), assist with projects that impact the end users by assisting the team that analyzes the plan to effectively communicate the changes to the end user. Support the OCM team as they engage with projects to conduct OCM analysis, build an OCM strategy, and execute the OCM plan.
  
  Searching for Candidate with Financial services experience working on 3 person team consisting of all OCM specialists, focused on engaging the highest value programs and projects.
  
  Responsible for constructing project plans - Organize and structure work Attend analysis meetings with project stakeholders Execute against the OCM strategy by communicating with impacted stakeholder groups. Prefer resource who has previously completed an OCM engagement and experienced in assisting in the delivery of OCM programs and projects and reinventing how OCM work is structured at the organization.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Required Technical Skills: ProSci Certification, MS Office Suite Proficiency, Requirement elicitation & analysis
  
  Public Speaking, Strong emotional intelligence, Organized, Attention to detail
