Our client, an NYC-based non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Communications. The hours are 8:30am/9am-5:30pm/6pm (need flex) and this role is fully remote (in person team meeting once every two months).

Responsibilities:

• Develop content and create innovative external story-telling campaigns
• Write and edit content to build a compelling and consistent voice/visual across all platforms
• Work closely with the development department to provide marketing and research support for sponsorship opportunities
• Oversee social media strategy and field media/press opportunities
• Work closely with sales/programming teams to coordinate cadence of strategic messaging

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Marketing/Communications experience
• Strong commitment to disability inclusion and advancement
• Salesforce experience a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $110K base depending on experience
• 3 medical plans: $100 for employee only for basic plan (company will pay 75% of the costs)
• 12 paid holidays, 20 days PTO
• Summer Fridays (between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
• 401K with match up to 5%
