What You Will Be Doing - Review code written by other developers both in and outside of your team
- Automated testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Write code, unit tests and contribute to firmware team milestones
- Write clean, simple, well-tested code that is easy to understand and maintain
What You Need for this Position -- MUST HAVES --
- 10+ years professional experience as Firmware Engineer / Firmware Development
- RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) background of at least 4+ years
- Professional Experience developing and deploying embedded systems
- Background in development of fault-tolerant safety systems
- Good understanding of electronics and ability to read / comprehend electronic circuit diagrams & PCB layout drawings
- Low level and high level embedded programming experience (C / C++)

-- NICE TO HAVES --
- Experience in automotive, especially in motors and braking systems
- Experience with AVR Microcontrollers / Microprocessors
- Familiarity with ARM Cortex microprocessor cores
