We are looking for a Sr. Financial Aid Advisor that oversees study abroad student process and coordinating academic progress of students including making professional judgment decisions regarding student aid eligibility.
The Sr. Financial Aid Advisor for Non-Traditional Enrollment role support and serve as an information resource the Study Abroad Office and students. This role will also be responsible for managing the federally required academic progress review and making professional judgment pertaining to aid eligibility satisfactory academic progress. The Sr Financial Aid Advisor position will ensure delivery of excellent customer service, strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration in contributing to efforts to support and standardize processes and procedures.
This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid remote work option for applicants with a residence within the Cincinnati Tri-State Area. Hybrid remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
Essential FunctionsThree (3) years of financial aid experience.
