What You'll Do

Delivery Exceptionally- Work hand in hand with our clients & teams to deliver world class technology solutions, specifically in technology strategy

Business Development- Grow the Technology Enablement practice through business development opportunities, identify new opportunities & sell services to both new and existing clients

Engagement Management- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage production of project deliverables, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from senior stakeholders at the client

Team Development - Maximize team performance through mentorship, career development and an overall effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience focused in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and/or software engineering
• Ability to whiteboard complex solutions for senior stakeholders of varying technical knowledge
• Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities; i.e., growing new account/clients from the ground up
• Expert in business operations (ie. invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilizations)
• Experience leading and growing a diverse team
