Senior Digital Business Analyst

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide functional areas of expertise with significant experience and knowledge of how business process operate end to end. Can be used across areas effectively where required.
• Prepares and or contributes to Business Case documents, and Requirement documents where System enhancements or developments are required.
• Identifies and facilitates process improvement efforts with business owners.
• Works with other process team members to identify and optimize global linkage and alignment on changes and implementation of processes.
• Defines & monitors end-to-end process metrics to identify performance issues and resolution with business owners.

What We Are Looking For

• A Digital Business Analyst to design, maintain and implement effective & efficient business processes utilizing their subject matter expertise in Arrows End to End business processes, systems and process improvement methodology.
• Someone to work with the extended Business Team to ensure we deliver and sustain effective process consistency, excellence and adoption to support Business strategies and goals.
• Someone who promotes process driven ethos and continuous improvement mindsets.
• Lead and or participate in complex project primarily in core areas of expertise interfacing with other functions.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
