The Global Investigations group champions team members to utilize their accounting, audit, analytical and communications skills within our diverse portfolio of work ranging from allegations of improper financial reporting, asset misappropriation, bribery, or other corporate malfeasance. You will gain experience interacting with external counsel, regulators, senior corporate management, and investors who require timely and credible answers to questions that arise in such situations. Job Description - Senior Consultant - Forensic Accounting

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Investigations team you will:

• Support financial investigations, data analysis, technical accounting research, interviews, asset searches and funds tracing.
• Create analyses using acquired, relevant financial information.
• Communicate results of analyses to engagement team members and/or clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of expert reports, engagement work plans, progress reports, and trial/hearing demonstratives.
• Design, organize, and deliver client proposals, presentations, and marketing material.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree with a major in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 experience preferred), or closely related field; preferably with some experience in forensic accounting, strong technical and research skills, and expertise in GAAP, GAAS and financial reporting.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is required. CPA preferred. Other related accreditations considered a plus (CFE, CFF, ABV).
• Candidates must be resourceful, critical thinkers, and take initiative.
• Strong Microsoft desktop skills including proficiency with Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
