We're growing rapidly, and our Global Compliance & Risk team is searching for a Senior Compliance Associate to support our compliance and risk initiatives. You will contribute to an innovative and robust compliance and risk management culture through various initiatives, including assisting with issue management, supporting compliance program reporting, and various ad hoc corporate compliance projects. What you'll do as a Senior Compliance Associate:

• Support our compliance issue management program by partnering with internal business partners to ensure compliance issues are appropriately documented and remediated.
  
• Identify trending issues and draft recommendations to improve policies, procedures, potential efficiencies, and controls.
  
• Escalate issue status and trends to management.
  
• Prepare reports for compliance leadership and internal business partners regarding the corporate compliance program and other compliance initiatives.
  
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of gaming and nongaming control inventories.
  

What you'll bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or gaming.
  
• Comfort balancing multiple competing priorities and changes in scope or direction.
  
• Ability to learn and understand new laws, rules, and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
