The Opportunity

We have an opening for a Senior Business Analyst on a software team that builds REST APIs for ARGUS Enterprise and ARGUS Taliance as SaaS software. The successful applicant will join a Scrum team that regularly uses the following platforms and tools:

• AWS
  
• Azure DevOps
  
• Postman
  
• Excel
  
• Word
  
• Outlook
  
• SharePoint
  
• Salesforce
  

We are looking for a new Senior Business Analyst who can:

• Easily work to map data in SQL tables into related JSON schema
  
• Recognize patterns quickly and learn just as fast, easily becoming familiar with complex systems
  
• Frame questions to better understand problems and to elicit requirements.
  
• Work comfortably with your teammates, Architects and Back End developers, to find creative solutions to solve complex problems
  
• Concisely document complex problems and interactions to eliminate ambiguity.
  
• Use their presentation skills to make complex topics more understandable for their team
  
• Take ownership of complex projects - making plans for dependencies to be resolved in the right order so they do not become bottlenecks to progress.
  
• Thrive in a diverse environment
  

Our new Senior Business Analyst may have:

• Experience in web software development, finance, or commercial real estate
  
• Interest in a challenging role in a rapidly evolving, established organization
  
• Previous experience as a BA, Technical Project Manager, or similar
  
• A genuine interest in new tools and technology
  
• A team-oriented personality
  
• A university degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, Computer Science or in a related field is considered an asset
  

What you can expect for our interview process

• 1-hour MS teams video interview with the Senior Business Analyst where we get to know you and discuss domain specific technical questions and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company and the team.
  
• Take-Home Assessment where you will have 2 days to complete it
  
• 1-hour MS teams video interview with a Technical Panel comprising of Technical Product Manager and Team Lead of our Applications Development team
