Senior Banquet Captain, The American Club

Opportunity

Join our top-rated food and beverage teams and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service-growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions.
• Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions.
• Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order.
• Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties.
• Continually train banquet staff on service techniques.
• Supervise Set-Up staff and Bartenders.

This is a Full Time opportunity, working shifts vary from 5:00am till 12:00am. Weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Food Service and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain liquor license required.
