Here's what you can expect in the CKD Care Delivery Sr. Analyst Role at DaVita:

The Sr. Analyst, CKD Care Delivery will support the execution of DaVita IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) commercial programs by supporting our care team with the goal of developing, piloting and fully launching the right processes and tools to drive clinical success with our patients.

The role will partner closely with our Commercial CKD Care teams, CKD leadership, and CKD MOC teams within DaVita as they strive to identify and implement BDPs for our Commercial CKD programs.

They will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that involve piloting, refining and scaling improved processes using Process Improvement methodologies such as PDSA that are patient-centered to solve complex clinical and business outcomes.

This teammate will bring a blend of innovative strategic thinking and operational execution, coupled with a mission-driven pursuit of advancing healthcare's evolution to value-based care.

Core responsibilities of the Analyst, Clinical Programs will include:

  • Analysis: Lead quantitative and qualitative research, analysis and reporting to support clinical and operations leaders to drive to improved outcomes in our CKD population

  • Strategy & operations: Develop operations-facing tools and management processes that help care teams better deliver care to support the patient in all of their healthcare needs

  • Business-driven presentations: Communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clinical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication.

  • Innovation & experimentation: Formulate and deploy innovative pilots and expand current initiatives that focus on educating patients on kidney disease and options, partnering with their providers, and driving engagement in our IKC programs using standard lean practices such as PDSA

  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 0-3 years of work experience in business, strategy, healthcare, analytics, or process engineering role preferred

  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience preferred

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills, including comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to enhance relationships through strong and effective communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence, and thoughtful decision making

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 to $83,000.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
