*Description*
* Prepare monthly stand-alone and/or consolidated financial reports.
* Prepare pro-forma financial statements and analyses.
* Prepare the journal entries, general ledgers, account analyses, reconciliations, revenue and expense accruals and variance analyses.
* Analyze and audit financial records and reports
* Regulate and authenticate financial transactions
* Work cross functionally with Finance, Legal, AP, Payroll, FP&A, Tax and various business owners on policies, processes, and help drive key system initiatives and improvements
* Assist in developing accounting policies and procedures, and establishing internal controls to meet the changing needs of the business.
* Participate in various discussions and projects, interact with senior management and relevant stakeholders, and provide advice on product development, process improvement and rules and regulations assessments.

* 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible financial accounting and analyst experience with a demonstrated record of success. Preferably, in the Advertising or Media industries
* Strong understanding of GAAP and financial acumen with direct experience in managing a monthly closing process
* Demonstrated experience in leading, driving change, and implementing best practices
* Collaborative business partner with company and divisional leaders, adept at building cross-functional relationships to drive business results while providing support and oversight
* Experience in extracting, combining, and reporting business critical data from multiple ERP solutions
* Bachelor's degree in accounting
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Advanced excel skills a must
