SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Security Officer duties will vary based on the assigned post. The following responsibilities are typical for most temporary security roles: Responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of Kohler Company associates, customers, visitors, and assets
  
• Ensure only authorized personnel access the facility through clear non-confrontational communication
  
• Conduct patrols of the facility, including parking lots, looking for open doors, suspicious activity, and other potential risks to the facility, associates, guests, or visitors
  
• Responsible for reporting any potential security or safety incidents
  
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service

Skills/Requirements

• Driver's License required
• CPR/First Aide preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
