What You Will Be Doing As the SEC Reporting Manager, you will be in charge of preparing the annual and quarterly SEC filings along with handling technical accounting.
What You Need for this Position *Requirements: *
1.) 7 years of SEC Reporting
2.) 5 + Years with GAAP
3.) Public accounting expereince, CPA is a plus
4.) Bachelor's in Accounting/ Finance
