RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Cincinnati, OH.Summary:The primary responsibilities and role for Scrum Master is to act as a servant leader and coach for the Consultant team. They will educate team in principles and practices to ensure Agile process is followed. The Scrum Master will eliminate impediments to allow team to focus on achieving goals committed.Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master will foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement
• Enable team to self-organize, self-manage & deliver via Lean-Agile practices
• Support and reinforce the rules of Scrum, built-in quality practices, WIP limits and all other process rules the team has agreed on
• Foster collaboration and transparence between teams, internal and external
• Facilitate team progress toward daily team and iteration goals in support of Kroger objectives and key results (OKR)
• As a Scrum Master, you will lead team efforts in relentless improvements through retrospectives and problem-solving techniques
• Foster a team culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship to constantly improve the quality of their deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• Scrum Master experience
