Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duration: 1 year contract, potential to convert based on performance/culture fit however not on a scheduled basis.

Reason for need: Bandwidth
Project Details: IT organization implementing and integrating internal Salesforce SalesCloud & Marketing Cloud with other applications. The team has not defined this role to any project or assignment for this person yet, but a lot of projects to be chosen from between CPQ, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, acquisition integrations from organization to organization.

Must Have Skills:

  • 10 years' experience Salesforce architecture and project lead experience:
    • SalesCloud with CPQ, implementing ServiceCloud, multiple enterprise integrations
    • Requirement gathering, running meetings, self starter
    • Need to complete and deliver projects on times
    • Running projects end to end with multiple teams
  • Experience leading multi environment (from acquisitions) migrations - they have acquisitions that use SF and they need to migrate this data
  • Salesforce Integration tools: REST/SOAP API's, Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, , Bulk API, etc.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (Hubspot ideal)) but if they have knowledge about marketing cloud any type is fine
Nice to Have Skills:
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • No degree if 10+ years, but preferred
  • Any SF cert
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Perform solution design reviews and implementations that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development, Integrations with other systems and complex data migrations.
  • Work with members of the team to understand & analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform (design, development, testing, deployment).
  • Provide technical leadership and support for team members on all aspects of platform operations (incident troubleshooting, problem resolution, performance optimization, configuration, automation)
  • Analyze the impact of Salesforce releases and fixes on configuration and custom code; work with system administrator and development team to resolve issues. Communicate the impact of Salesforce release and custom deployments, environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope, call out issues and risks.
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
Remote Info: PST preferred. Should be willing to overlap with India at an inconsistent schedule (1 week could have more meetings, others less)
