Our direct client is looking to hire a "Salesforce Administrator" for a 12 month CONTRACT role.
Client is located in Houston, Texas (near the Energy Corridor)
Client PREFERS LOCAL and able to come into the office 3-days per week. Will conduct Onsite Interviews for LOCAL candidates
Will consider REMOTE candidates too! Teams video interviews


Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce Admin Exp!!
At least two full years of administration.
Top 3 Must Have Skills?
a. Certification in Salesforce Administration
b. Experience with Flows (the newest form of automation),
c. Experience with Administration in Salesforce Lightning.
d. Must have Sales Cloud and Service Cloud admin experience (Some wiggle room)

Approx how many years exp of SF Admin: Jr, mid or senior level?
Any, but prefer mid to senior. At least two full years of administration

Manage Light Oils Sales' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such that our return on investment is maximized.

  • Design scalable best practice solutions and manage the product road map.
  • Work with IT and stakeholders to define system requirements, customize platform and other system configuration and programming to connect with existing Client software and programs. Require programming and extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform.
  • Manage operations data within the software and troubleshoot errors.
  • Act as liaison with vendor to manage the relationship to continually improve, enhance, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop reports for Light Oils Marketing Sales, Customer data, other ad hoc reports.
Degree:
  • College Degree (Bachelors Level).
The minimun number of years of job related experience required by this job is:
  • 3 years.
List any specialized training or unique skills required:
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
  • Responsible for the functional business use of Salesforce (CRM) and management of the system as it pertains to successful use and adoption by the Light Oils Sales Organization. Work with stakeholders to identify, develops, expand on business process using the tool Build reports for management.
  • Manage the successful execution, training, and adoption of CRM across Light Oils Marketing. Monitoring effective use, identifying opportunities for improved use, and development of execution plans.
  • Manage the Salesforce Power User group in Light Oils Sales and serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Administration.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce processes and make recommendations to management pertaining to the expansion of Salesforce processes.
  • Responsible for the mining of pertinent data in Salesforce through maintaining backups in Client's own backup subscription.
