Job Summary

The Coordinator II, Sales Support position supports staffing needs by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties needed to place a healthcare professional on assignment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collects all commission forms from production to process, scan, and submit.
  • Assists in the formulation of policies, procedures, workflows, and training of the Sales Support Specialist role as applicable.
  • Tracks placement records and updates all vital information on Specialty Placement List and State Placement List.
  • Reviews healthcare professionals' electronic profiles (work history, skills, convictions, references, etc.) in the system to submit bookable candidates to facility clients, by considering order details/requirements as well as file flow to the client.
  • Advises recruiters of additional information needed to complete healthcare professional profiles by responding to file submissions to build urgency.
  • Requests healthcare professional references based on client order requirements using the internal referencing interface and partnering with healthcare providers.
  • Qualifies team to provide clients with clear, consistent, and accurate profiles.
  • Uploads healthcare professional profiles into the client tracking system using the appropriate Vendor Management (VM) technology and process to generate client responses and interviews.
  • Verifies and confirms bill rates and assignment dates when travelers accept offers/assignments to finalize the healthcare professional's file and avoid billing issues.
  • Covers open account management territories by calling facility contacts to open orders, submits files, and expedite interviews and offers, to support department performance goals.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
  • 2+ years experience supporting a sales team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate
$21.00 - $24.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
