Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator creates and maintains Healthcare Professional contracts by verifying documentation and contract modifications, partnering with the Sales Teams to drive the process and gather customer contract approvals in order to expedite placements. This role also maintains compliance, ultimately increasing revenue and customer satisfaction while reducing risk and liability. The Coordinator organizes business/sales documentation and communication, assisting with Managed Services Program (MSP) and other WFS contracting processes, clarifying internal and external compliance directives with all stakeholders, and coordinating with AMN Marketing on Integrated Sales collateral and sales tool deployment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with legal on all service agreement documentation to be submitted to clients, in partnership with regional Vice President of Business.
  • Development, to clarify contract terms for client review in order to secure executed agreement.
  • Highlights specific contract components for Vice President of Business Development where AMN can improve contract terms (e.g. auto renewal clause, bill rates, indemnification, additional insurance terms, per diem tax, etc.) by closely monitoring agreement language in order to increase client by client profitability and reduce liability exposure.
  • Consistently strives to achieve 98 to 100% accuracy regarding the data entry of all contracts, extensions, modifications, client and healthcare professional letters.
  • Audits and reviews placement screen information on a customer by customer basis to reconcile packages.
  • Emails Client letters to appropriate contacts.
  • Gains the appropriate approvals from internal partners including Housing, sales leadership, Account Management, Contracts Leadership in order to verify non-standard language.
  • Administers the customer relationship management (CRM) system by maintaining accurate client, activity and pipeline data in partnership with sales representatives.
  • Administers all content and resources for the Workforce Solutions home page on Connections intranet site by editing and uploading graphics and documents.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
  • 1+ years experience supporting a sales team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Rate
$19.00 - $22.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
