CUMULUS MEDIA | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Stratigest to support the Digital Commerce division andis an integral part of the Sweet Deals/Trade Advertising Team. This role contributes to all aspects of executing campaigns on CUMULUS-owned e-commerce platforms. You will manage and develop relationships with the CUMULUS Sales Teams in 25-30 Company markets, ensuring each campaign is aligned with our requirements and standards, reporting potential issues to VP of Sales. Responsibilities include sales/platform training at different levels for veterans and new sellers; assisting in developing annual market budget and a plan to achieve and exceed that budget; careful examination of all market deals, and collaboration with market management/sellers on potential deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject-matter expert (SME) of Company-owned e-commerce platforms for multiple markets
• Provide local sales teams the program training, planning tools, and support to reach established revenue goals for Sweet Deals (deal site) and Sweet Bids (auction)
• Vet, review, approve and manage campaign details
• Ensure each campaign is aligned with Company requirements and standards
• Identify potential issues, and report them to the appropriate personnel
• Stay current with knowledge of the e-commerce industry, rules, and regulations of deal sites by state, back-office databases, Voucher redemption procedures, and specifics around different types of features
• Join sales calls as the SME to assist Sales Managers in demonstrating program revenue potential and address deeper client questions/concerns more quickly
• Update external and internal parties on all necessary program details
• Assist the Email Marketing Manager with daily email builds and scheduling
• Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sales, marketing, advertising experience preferred - particularly in radio or television broadcasting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication - able to identify and communicate issues that require immediate attention.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equally.
• Strong computer skills and software-savvy - ability to learn multiple software programs easily; previous exposure to e-Commerce sites/software preferred.
