Location: Mahwah, NJ
Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $43.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst or an 18 month contract.

ll candidates must have established skills in these technical areas: Data Retrieval (SQL coding in particular is a plus) and Data Visualization (PBI, Tableau, etc.).

Description/Comment:

This role will be responsible for assisting the Sales Analytics team in its day-to-day operations, including handling ad-hoc data reporting, managing access requests, and performing other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad-Hoc Data Reporting: Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the sales team, leadership, and other internal departments. Extract, analyze, and present relevant data using analytics tools and software.

Manage Access Requests: Process and handle access requests for the sales analytics tools. Ensure that only authorized personnel have access and that permissions are correctly configured.

Daily Support: Collaborate with the Sales Analytics team to understand daily needs and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales analytics team and other departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication of data-related queries and requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and work with the Sales Analytics team to implement them.
