Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst

Hypertherm Associates seeks a Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in the transformation and optimization of business operations within the commercial organization across multiple go-to-market and business models.

The ideal candidate will work closely with global business process owners, IS and BI teams, serving as a functional expert, facilitating collaboration of cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to document current state business processes, design desired future state, and lead the implementation of required changes to enable key capabilities supporting:

  • Mature marketing operations and executional process
  • Sales enablement
  • Customer success management

As the Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst you will:
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, lean and/or automate processes based on best practices and business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to define and document operation level definitions of KPIs, data sources and reporting segments for key business objectives, programs and campaigns
  • Work with multiple business process owners and subject matter experts across the commercial organization

Who you are and the experience you bring:
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Domain experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer service operations and data analytics, including familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and solutions standard processes
  • Experience in data and process mapping, management, and governance to report, analyze and improve business outcomes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, workshops, and meetings to gather information, define solutions and produce implementation ready deliverables
  • Ability to understand and maintain a view of the big picture while creating detailed, operational level processes, workflows, and requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and experience, including ability to write detailed documentation, develop presentations and conduct trainings 1:1 and in large groups
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities based on business needs
  • Familiarity with IT systems & tools and their implications for business and analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Learning agility and demonstrated experience continuously integrate new knowledge and information to improve deliverables and business outcomes

Preferred experience that differentiates you:
  • Experience working across multiple functions to develop and maintain commercial processes and solutions that integrate with contributing upstream and downstream processes and systems
  • Strong technology experience, including working in process design, data management, IT project implementation and solution governance
  • Experience working in agile project teams
  • Knowledge of global data privacy and marketing compliance regulations and requirements
  • Experience working at a global company in the manufacturing industry
  • MBA or MS with Marketing, Sales and/or strategy focus

Location: Preferred Lebanon, NH -Hybrid /Remote considered

Travel: 10%
