The Sales Manager will manage a team that focuses on growing and developing relationships within the immixGroup partner reseller community of suppliers. As the leader of the sales team, responsibilities across the entire team include:
* Lead the sales team in identifying and developing high potential partners (customers).
* Determine and understand the partners' requirements for Arrow product offerings and services.
* Provide alternative products and solutions as necessary and translate into a beneficial solution for the partner.
* Proactively engage partners to grow sales for assigned accounts.
* Generate leads and follow up on leads obtained through suppliers and Arrow internal sources.
* Qualify prospects and analyze sales potential. Prioritize high return opportunities.
* Leverage and manage vendor special pricing programs and promotions to progress a transaction through the sales cycle.
* Demonstrate a proactive sales approach and a sense of urgency on the partners' behalf
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
