The Sales Coordinator role encompasses all standard Associate Sales Coordinator responsibilities and assigned projects/complex tasks that involve advanced problem-solving skills. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Supervisory Relationships: Organization Relationships:
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, accounting or computer science is preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing environment would be very desirable. Responsible self-starter who will work independently to meet deadlines and commitments to support the division. Must take ownership of projects. Must be accurate and thorough in execution of tasks. Candidate should be a proactive, analytical thinker with good judgment and curiosity to identify and solve underlying problems, suggest programs and study alternative methods of operation. Good problem solving skills and writing skills are required. Good planning and organization skills are a must to juggle multiple projects. Should project a professional image with external and internal customers. Familiarity with the Residential Generator Division businesses and products is preferred. Skilled use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Access and PowerPoint, as well as an in-depth knowledge of SAP sales functions preferred. Knowledge of a second language would also be helpful.
