Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Under minimal supervision, the Compensation & Commissions Analyst will manage the day-to-day operations of the People records for our global sales organization. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them a preferred five to seven (5-7) years of experience with Compensation & Commission, as well as using Xactly Sales Compensation Tool. This position will also document existing processes, identify and implement process improvements, route quarterly plan documents to sales reps, and automate Workday sales personal data to Xactly.

What Will You Do?

  • Set up and maintain all People records in Xactly. This requires cross-function partnership with the People Team and Sales Operations to properly track and update new hires, terminations, pay changes, role changes, team changes, quota changes, guarantees, and spiff programs
  • Reconcile Xactly people data with the People Team people data
  • Set up and monitor new and existing users on Xactly
  • Provide Xactly new hire onboarding and training
  • Respond accordingly to compensation-related questions from sales representatives or people leaders
  • Route quarterly plan documents in Xactly to sales reps
  • Update and maintain monthly people reporting material for leadership for the monthly commission review meeting
  • Partner with the People Team to implement an automated data feed of people records from Workday to Xactly
  • Document existing processes. Identify and implement process improvements
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration with a background in Finance
  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience with commission calculation and analysis
  • Knowledge of monthly compensation and commissions cycles and deadlines
  • High degree of computer literacy and skills in specialized software related to department operations including ERP accounting systems, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently work through large Excel files
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by senior management, and/or employees
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work priorities and meet required deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives

  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Xactly Analytics

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay:

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

  • $78,400 - $163,300 / year

Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
