About New Hampshire Job Corps Center

The New Hampshire Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Security Operations:
  
  • Implement and enforce security protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.
  • Conduct regular security patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond promptly to security incidents.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting drills and training sessions to ensure staff and student readiness.
  • Coordinate with local emergency services and agencies to enhance overall emergency preparedness.
• Safety Training:
  
  • Provide safety and security training to staff and students, emphasizing the importance of adherence to safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
• Incident Investigation:
  
  • Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary to address and resolve security concerns.
• Community Engagement:
  
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the surrounding community to enhance overall security measures.
  • Act as a visible presence, promoting a sense of safety and trust within the Job Corps community.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and /or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
