The Rooms Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting to achieve successful operation and administration of all the Rooms Division departments through partnership with the different Directors within the department and oversight by the Director of Rooms. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education, and training/experience that provides the required skills to assist with leading the departments by training staff, writing schedules, upholding Shaner and hotel policies and procedures, responding to and resolving of guest complaints.
This position requires the ability to continually balance the department while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and maximizing profitability at the same time. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented leader who can effectively direct, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the associates of the specific Rooms division and collaborate with other departments of the hotel on a daily basis in accordance with the standards of Shaner Hotels and applicable franchise.
