The Division of Athletics & Recreation at the University of Denver is currently seeking part-time service associates to assist with its front line operations. Ritchie Center Service Associates are responsible for welcoming members, visitors and participants to the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports & Wellness, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with visit check-ins, purchases and registrations.

Position Summary

Ritchie Center Service Associates are responsible for welcoming members, visitors and participants to the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports & Wellness, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with visit check-ins, purchases and registrations.

These are non-benefited, part-time positions not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Essential Functions

• Support the division of Athletics and Recreation in the daily front line operations of the Ritchie Center.
• Process transactions within the RecTrac processing system.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Provide excellent customer service for all Ritchie Center participants and customers.
• Recognize and respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

• American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Work Schedule
Part-time, hours will vary.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade number is 3.

Hourly Range
The hourly range for this position is $14.77 - $17.00.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
