As a Risk Policy Advisor within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in either Downers Grove, IL or Chicago, IL.

*Responsible for drafting, editing and/or re-writing credit policies and procedures for use across the Asset Management Group
*Ensures written content meets enterprise governance framework and compliance standards and follows best practices
*Prepares materials for review by Executive Management prior to approval and publication
*Plans and prioritizes multiple projects with tight deadlines
*Works independently on multiple tasks and projects within multiple team environments

Job Description

  • Develops, publishes, maintains and files all documentation necessary to meet organizational, industry, and governmental regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares and reviews new or revised policies, procedures, processes and/or related documents before they are communicated to higher level team members and/or business units.
  • Execution of day-to-day activities for re-engineering and/or automation projects.
  • Provides required reporting for applicable regulatory bodies, and regulatory information, which may be included in board reports, news releases, and public financial reporting.
  • Collects information and compiles various state and federal regulatory agency filings.

Regulatory Environment - Financial Services - Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
