What You Will Be Doing - Contribute to RF wafer and die level test management

- Design and enhance processes for electrical testing of wafers and RF products

- Perform data analysis to ensure test stability for wafer test systems

- Troubleshoot tools for new platforms

- Write and maintain software for supporting test hardware

- Roadmap high frequency test system design
What You Need for this Position 5+ Years of Experience With:


Required:

- High Frequency Electrical Test

- RF Testing

- Wafer Test

- Die Test

- Software Supporting Test Hardware

- Programming

- Database Management

- Data Analysis (ex. SQL, JMP)

- Measurement System Analysis

- Project Management





Desired:

- Gage R&R

- Test System Calibration

- Power Analysis

- Spectrometers

- Vector Network Analyzers

- New Platform Prototyping
