Job Title: Research specialist Basic (1-3 years) 292229-1
Expected Duration: 3 Months possible extension
Location: Indianapolis IN Onsite
Pay rate: $22.53/hr on W2
- Analyze, research, and resolve complex issues as assigned.
- Process maintenance requests for customers accurately.
- Complete daily assignments within stated standards, generally same day.
- Escalate issues to SME or Team Leader timely and be able to articulate the issue.
- Track case resolution accurately.
