Reporting Specialist Senior

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The REPORTING SPECIALIST SENIOR is responsible for researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues and situations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identifies data resources.
  • Collects data.
  • Summarizes data and creates and/or updates various reports as decision support tools for management.
  • Leads or participates in special initiatives including projects, meetings, conference calls or oversight of temporary help.
  • Ensures that resulting process changes are in compliance with appropriate guidelines.
  • Provide training to others within area on changes.
  • Monitors area performance and meets with managers to provide feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 additional years of related education and a minimum of 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :
  • Ability to develop and modify SQL queries preferred.
  • Claims and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and PC skills strongly preferred.
