*Salary:* $50k- $65k Base + Equity, Bonus, Benefits, 401k
*Requirements:* Customer Service, Resolving Basic Tech Issues

Based in beautiful Providence, RI, we offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors.

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a REMOTE IT Support Specialist with experience in the following:

- Comfort speaking with clients
- Resolving basic tech issues, such as:
- Email ticketing and password resets

We've hired several folks coming straight out of college with recent CS degrees or boot camp graduations!

You will be the first point of contact when our customers are having issues.

This includes things like not understanding how to use our software, questions on how to upload/format data, resetting passwords, and fairly straightforward technical support.

- Process bug reports and feature requests
