We are actively hiring for a Remote Customer Engagement and Data Management Senior Manager. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.

Essential responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing the recommendations and technology initiatives roadmap to support the execution of the Marketing Division Strategy through the appropriate business process, innovation, and technology required.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of annual campaign technology, and marketing plans including a longer-term roadmap
  • Acts as the point of contact for IT for holistic technology requests and prioritization, issues prioritization, defect remediation, new data capabilities and in support of marketing campaigns and infrastructure
  • Establish specifications for multi-channel marketing in concert with stakeholders, and IT partners that drive meaningful and measurable improvements in our tools, automation, speed of delivery, and to optimize our spend.
  • Evaluate, manage and maintain business ownership of the marketing technology infrastructure/holistic MarTech stack to support marketing automation, effective marketing data integration and model implementation, and the closed loop of data and analytics from across all areas to ultimately support real-time optimization and 1:1 marketing
  • Create and champion a vision for innovation of design, approach and deliverables in campaign technology, data, and list/targeting space
  • Lead project(s) of complex scope, which may be company-wide in nature
  • Track industry and marketing technology trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the company needs
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors, companies and organizations
  • Provide guidance and leadership to staff: Responsible for hiring decisions, performance planning (e.g. Individual Development Plan); approve salary actions; enterprise Incentive Plan recommendations for staff; performance management, including approving involuntary termination

What would make us excited about you

  • Bachelor's degree in related area (BA/BS degree in business, statistics, computer science or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 12+ years in Marketing Technology with some emphasis AI Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years previous team leadership experience with proven track record to encourage and develop direct team
  • Experience leading team of analysts to develop high quality, optimized marketing strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Hands on experience utilizing CEP software tool (e.g. Unica, Pega, etc.) and strong SAS skills
  • Certification(s) in frameworks such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Pega Marketing & Decision Analysis & Data Scientist with a Pega platform proficiency and certification path (CSA, CSSA, PCMC, PCDC, PCDS)
  • Experience in CEP environment
  • Marketing campaign management experience in Insurance or Financial services preferred
  • Six Sigma is a strong plus

If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $129,795-$152,700/ with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 18% of eligible pay.
