Our client, an extremely well known and reputable law firm, is seeking a contract to hire remote data entry associate to support one of their busy teams! We are looking for candidates who thrive with details, time management and organization!

About You:

• 1+ year1 of previous data entry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred for this position
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a high attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

Day to Day:

• Perform consistent data entry associated with sensitive and confidential information
• Establish efficient and accurate methods to organize a heavy volume of legal documents
• Ensure all information regarding client records and cases are accurate and up to date
• Organize and record the law firm's monthly processes and progress in Excel
• Pull, run and format associated reports in the firm wide database

This contract to hire opportunity pays $16/hour when temporary depending on experience and is entirely remote.
