Relocation Counselor I

ADP is hiring a Relocation/Real Estate Services Counselor. In this position you will communicate and administer the domestic and/or international relocation policy to ADP transferees. The counselor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of an in-house pre-marketing and destination services relocation program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates and administer domestic REST policy to Associate, including temporary living, , household goods move, home sale and home purchase.
• Coordinate the pre-marketing program, including:
• setting up and directing real estate agents
• analyzing BPO's and appraisals to determine effective market strategies
• negotiate all home sale contracts
• alter management of potential problems
• manage third party regarding inspections, appraisals, and closing process
• provide world class service
• implement referral fee program
• Coordinate destination services program, including:
• setting up area tours
• directing agents
• guiding associates on "buying smart"
• manage pre-purchase appraisal
• implement referral fee program
• provide world class service.
• Coordinate and manage all service providers, including van lines, third party companies, mortgage companies, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Strong real estate experience and sales history
• Experience in relocation and/or real estate related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Bachelor degree preferred
• Real Estate License/Appraisal license preferred.
• CRP designation a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe, Photoshop or other graphic design software knowledge a plus
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to manage a significant case load.
• Should possess a working knowledge analyzing BPO's and appraisals to determine market strategies as well as offer guidance in negotiating home sales and home purchases.
• Good communication skills. Strong marketing and customer service skills
