The Relationship and Marketing Specialist will liaison between the Relationship Manager, Customer, and Channel Partner (via telephone, email, and face to face). The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for Customer’s inquiries: pricing, services, applications, product implementation timelines, and ongoing Customer support. The incumbent will assist in improving internal processes to streamline sales initiatives and CRM efforts to ensure streamlined data and accurate reporting. The Relationship and Marketing Specialist will initiate the customer application process through the DocuSign platform and contribute and coordinate marketing and social media efforts on behalf of the organization. The incumbent will utilize proforma to create accurate pricing estimates and work directly with Customers and Channel Partners to distribute proposals, update databases, and maintain records. The Relationship and Marketing Specialist will play an active role in expanding Cash Connects social media presence and building our online community. The Sales Support Specialist will collaborate with the WSFS Bank Marketing team to assist with special projects and media opportunities.
This is a full-time position located in Newark, DE or Philadelphia, PA.
