Job Description

The successful Regional Sales Manager will have the following Key Accountabilities:

Brand Representation

• Representing the company in the field and upholding the marketing plan, representing the brand properly within their sales action plan, and training of the product to the wide range of OEM forklift dealers.
  
• Creating an action plan to implement the company sales strategy is done yearly and managed quarterly.
  
• Demo of product, site survey, and product training, and factory support in the field
  
• Business to Business Sales.
  

Relationship Management

• RSM must be building relationships throughout the dealer network of all OEMs in order to:
  
• Support the Service, Sales, and Operations of each dealer.
  
• Support the customer via training, product delivery, and service issues involving BA equipment.
  

Industry and Product Knowledge

Maintaining a strong knowledge on industry trends and changes.

Connects the factory to the field intelligence.

Helps in troubleshooting issues without the need of service personnel on site.

Position Minimum Qualifications:

The successful Regional Sales Manager will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
• 5+ years' experience in sales/marketing in Mexico
  
• 3+ years' experience in forklift attachments industry in Mexico
  
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/ electronic componentry and circuitry as it relates to lift truck attachments.
  
• Must be in the South Central Part of the US
