You will own Solution Designand Strategy Development for large clients and programs. Leadand Build I&D related programs forClient. Work with cross-functionaltechnology teams and develop thought leadership, I&D best practices andensure that they are implemented to deliver value to the Client. Bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strongbackground and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilitieswith:
• Managing a team of I&D professionals charged with leading clientinitiatives around Data, RPA, Analytics, Reporting and AI
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical, servicedesign and design research teams to define and implement the advancedsolutions
• Directing and providing oversight to project teams which designsand safeguards the optimal architecture, taxonomy, navigation, task flow andease of use for the I&D solutions
• Developing overall guidelines and procedures that govern I&D ServiceDelivery in the company.
• Acting as a coach, mentor, connector, and consensus builder iskey in this senior-level role within our global enterprise.
Technical Requirements & Specific Experience Needed:
• Providingleadership and guidance to build a world class user experience team by definingstandards, guidelines, best practices, processes and determining how the userexperience team interacts with other groups.
• Advisingand making actionable recommendations to executive management and business groupson strategic "voice of the customer" topics to develop a world class userexperience.
• Assistthe sales team with bringing in industry best practices and company collateralfor developing cohesive needs for customers
• Assistaccount teams with delivery oversight of I&D projects and own demandmanagement.
• Overseeingthe analysis and research around the I&D opportunities within the geographyand assist sales and account teams with relevant content for practice growth.
• Ensuringthe implementation of research results to reduce user pain points.
• Translatingbusiness goals into a holistic plan (short term goals and longer-term strategicinitiatives) with actionable strategies to ensure ease of use and an engagingexperience for Clients.
• Collaboratingwith business leads, strategists and product managers to enhance the experienceof the customer and to ensure the customer succeeds in obtaining value fromtheir initiatives
• Analyzinglong-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions.
• Managingbudgets, operational plans and performance requirements for the specified areof responsibility and meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
• Leadingteam and facilitating communication between staff, management, vendors, andother technology resources within and outside of the organization.
• Demonstratean advance level of expertise of market trends in the data space
• Interactingwith senior management to keep abreast of objectives, direct reports and peersin management/customers/vendors to interpret information and improvecross-functional processes and programs.
• Buildingand enhancing key internal and external client relationships.
