Job Description:

The Commercial Marketing Manager role will focus on driving demand for our Commercial Sales organization, via integrated omni-channel campaigns & marketing initiatives. With a strong acumen for analytics and key business metrics, this person is a hands-on digital native with a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing best in class digital marketing programs focused on large midmarket and small enterprise accounts. The role is reporting to the AMS Marketing Regional Director and will be required to plan, implement, and measure marketing strategies and projects for a broad audience in a high-growth, agile data management and technology environment.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented contributor with a passion for data-driven decision-making and experience in digital storytelling, data analysis and thru-partner marketing. This person is also an excellent communicator with a keen understanding of how integrated channels fit into the overall business strategy of campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Actively partner with Commercial SDRs, AEs and Sales Managers on initiatives and strategy to help grow pipeline (net new logos) and strategic opportunities
  • Partner with commercial sales and SDR team on upcoming marketing programs that will benefit the commercial segment by collaborating on strategic follow-up to generate meetings/opportunities through marketing tools like Outreach and 6sense
  • Strategize on marketing trends in a proactive manner for marketing initiatives including outreach sequences, sales communications, marketing programs, and more
  • Develop strategy, plan, and oversee execution of all commercial marketing efforts aimed at driving qualified net new logos and deals
  • Develop, track and monitor ROI of commercial marketing activities in a continuous effort to optimize impact and spend, specifically around marketing SQLs/meetings and engagement for commercial accounts
  • Act as a business partner to Commercial Sales Leader and team on collaborative initiatives to build pipeline
  • Support the development and optimization of content that resonates with target commercial audiences
  • Ability to adapt quickly and partner with various teams that influence the commercial segment around marketing programs and initiatives that will benefit net new logo pipeline with Commercial (meetings, opportunities, etc...)
  • Creative approach and thinking outside the box on initiatives that will make an impact in the commercial market while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (campaign strategists, channel partners, product marketing)

What you need to succeed:
  • Understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence, with excellent working knowledge on how to translate trends into brand right business opportunities (Tableau, Outreach, 6sense)
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.
  • Ability to excel while working with ambiguity and change. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing demand generation, marketing engagement development and execution.
  • Professional B2B marketing experience leading demand generation programs preferably in the information security space.
  • Excellent oral and written communication a must.
  • Data driven and familiar with marketing metrics
  • Bachelor's degree required, marketing or business-related degree a plus.
  • Willingness to travel, averaging 20% of time.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 -- $130,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
