Our client, a media company, is seeking a contract Recruiter to join their team in the downtown area. This is an incredible opportunity to sharpen talent acquisition skills within the media industry. This is a high-volume sales recruiting role covering multiple markets.

Day to Day:

• Develop creative recruiting strategies to source talent across various levels
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the full cycle recruiting process for candidates
• Partner with hiring managers in various departments to evaluate needs and create thorough job descriptions
• Coordinate multiple rounds of interviews and develop offer letters and packages
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding as needed
• Continuously evaluate recruiting efforts to attract talent

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills
