Kuni BMW is looking for a Receptionist to join their team!

The Receptionist is an important front-line guest contact for the dealership and they directly influence guest's impressions by the way they greet them.

What will you do?
  • Use premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure sales customers in the showroom are tracked/logged properly in systems, and help keep availability updated for the sales team.
  • Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person, or take and relay messages as needed.
  • Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
  • Assist with various arrangements (such as rides) as needed for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Arrange refreshments for business meetings, which may include organizing working lunches.
  • Assist Sales Department management team with various administrative tasks in support of operations.

What are we looking for?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
  • Pleasant and engaging - must be able to project a 'smile' while speaking both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven outstanding customer service, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen
  • Listen and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking.

Compensation: $22.00/hour

Schedule: We will schedule up to a 40-hour work week and up to 5 days per week with up to 8-hour shifts per day.We are seeking availability during all or most of our hours of operation - We operate from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays.
