Beacon Hill Staffing is looking for a Quality Specialist! If you are someone that has a background in compliance, inspections, auditing, or continuous improvement planning this is a perfect position for you!

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Chaska, MN (Hybrid)

Job Duties:

• Maintain SQS-D document control system
• Maintain quality document records
• Coordinate and support audits
• Lead the equipment calibration program, including calibration scheduling and record-keeping
• Conduct and document receiving, 1st piece, in-process build, and final build inspections
• Use measuring equipment to inspect product for approval or rejection at receiving, during assembly, and final inspection per required inspection plans
• Develop and support risk analysis and continuous improvement projects throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years minimum working in a manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years minimum experience working with technical quality documents
• Knowledge of inspection/quality methods and procedures as they apply to light manufacturing and distribution activities
