The Quality Administrator is responsible for participation and coordination of QMS activities including ISO certification, customer & regulatory requirements, and all major quality system functions. This full-time positions reports into the Quality Manager in West Chester, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with the coordination and maintenance of document control and training systems.
• Assists with coordinating the internal audit schedule and all activities related to documentation of audits and actions resulting from them.
• Participates in and assists with coordination of customer and regulatory audits.
• Interacts professionally and efficiently with manufacturing and support staff; administrates/coordinates the intra-department functionality of the QMS with departments throughout PUS.
• Assists with the development and implementation of responses for customer, regulatory and certifying body audits.
• Acts as a quality systems liaison to manufacturing and support departments and assist with investigations into product, process or material complaints.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent job experience (required)
• Professional quality assurance experience in manufacturing industry (preferred)
• ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor (TPECS) certification (preferred)
• Experience and familiarity with ISO 9001/13485 standards (preferred)
