You must be based in either Bristol, CT or Burbank, CA. This position is a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. It is 4 days onsite, one day remote.

Your new company

Our client is a well-known and loved brand within the Entertainment, Media, Leisure and Tourism industries. They are looking for an HR Data Analyst/Coordinator to support the Contingency Workforce HR team onsite (either in Bristol, CT or Burbank, CA; 4 days onsite).

Your new role

As the HR Data Analyst/Coordinator, you will work alongside the team to process work orders that come through on the HR systems, processing requests, and maintaining HR data accuracy. You will update worker records, serve as the initial contact for inquiries, communicate to gather information, and escalate issues when necessary. The role requires independent work, initiative, and ongoing learning.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years experience utilizing HRIS systems to process, maintain, and generate HR data reports.
• Proficient at utilizing PC applications and HRIS systems
• Ability to take initiative and accountability in their development and willingness to learn.
• The ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
