RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer in El Monte, CA.Duties Include:- Responsible for developing, publishing, and implementation of the test plans
- Develops manual and automated test scrips
- Defines tracks software quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defects count
- Define, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance methodology and procedures including test cases, specifications, tools, and other technical documentation based on defined workflows, use cases, and business requirements
- This position will work under QA Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance, design and development of client server, web applications & Web API
- Strong experience in design & utilize QA Automation framework (Selenium, c#, Java, python, SoapUI, etc.)
- Expertise on QA Automation tools like Selenium (RC, WebDriver), CodedUi, QTP, Jenkins (CI), TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI, Test LAB, etc.
- Strong knowledge in RESTful API/Soap using JSON or XML
- Integration testing experience in the complex multi-systems environments
- Mule Soft experience has added advantages
- Automation Development experience for WebAPI for testing using C#, Java, and SQL
- Expertise with relational database (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and GitHub
- Strong experience with DevOps tools JIRA, Zephyr for JIRA, Jenkins
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, and team player
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
