The Opportunity

Altus Group is looking for a new Provisioning Specialist to join our Houston office. In this role, you will be responsible for manually provisioning, administrative task, compliance, and auditing. The Provisioning Specialist will work with the operations and support teams to fulfill order management and respond to client requests for services such as delivery access, user platform access, and contract management.

This role will be hybrid and based out of our Houston office.

Our new Provisioning Specialist will:

• Monitor, action, and resolve all provisioning related tickets in a timely manner.
  
• Provision delivery and user platform access to customers and for internal needs
  
• Liaison with global team to onboard new and existing team members on all system and department operations
  
• Provision data hardware for customer deployments based on predefined templates or instructions. Develops, tests, implements, maintains, and documents automation tools for provisioning.
  
• Provide implementation timeline to the customer and works collaboratively with internal team to execute in accordance with the project plan. Report problems to avoid delivery delays.
  
• Audit product licensing, account, contacts and data across CRM and ERP platforms
  
• Provision and maintain training virtual and hosted solutions
  
• Conduct platform data cleansing and compliance practices
  
• Deliver on demand technical and usage assistance for all departmental system and services incidents
  

Our new Provisioning Specialist will have:

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree required; Real Estate or Finance preferred and/or a minimum 2 year of relevant experience required
  
• Ability to provide advanced support on all externally supported ARGUS/Altus product offerings
  
• Ability to navigate configuration on various systems (NetSuite, eCommerce, Salesforce, NetDimensions, CloudShare, AdobeConnect, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with leadership; high degree of professionalism
  
• IT and Development knowledge level expertise for problem-solving, technical, infrastructure and configurations skills to work through unique and elevated issues and inquiries
