Your new role

As a Proposal Manager you will play a pivotal role in our success by leading and managing the proposal development process for federal projects. You will leverage your expertise in federal proposal writing, APMP and Shipley methodologies, and a proven track record in creating winning proposals.

• Federal Proposal Expertise: Demonstrate 8-10+ years of experience managing proposals for federal projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions.

• Lead Proposal Development: Guide and lead the team through all volumes of proposal submission documents.

What you'll need to succeed

• APMP Trained

• Shipley Trained

• Proven track record of winning proposals within the last 5 years

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in creating engaging and persuasive written content
