HAYS has partnered with a National Real Estate owner and operator that is looking for a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the operations on a Class B 400-unit garden style property in Littleton, CO.

Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the following...

• Oversee team and general administrative functions of property.
• Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication for all residents.
• Coordinate with residents and maintenance teams for all maintenance related issues.
• Collect monthly fees and maintains records of payment and rental activity.
• Keep track of financial reporting and budgeting for property.
• Formulate strategies to address occupancy and delinquency.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 - 5 years of experience in residential property management.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong experience in management of teams, around 10 - 15 direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Prior leadership experience.
